SlideinCode Interface

Firstly, let's have a look at the Slide In Code interface, and what you will be able to find from the dashboard once you have purchased your membership.

After purchasing your access, you will be able to access your SlideInCode dashboard, and this dashboard is made up of nine areas: My Campaigns, Create New SlideIn, Manage SlideIns, Image Gallery, Analytics, Social Media Linking, Earn Money, My Upgrades, and Online Support. Let's look at each of these areas in more detail below:

 

1. My Campaigns

In this section of your control panel, you will be able to to see how many campaigns you have available to you, as well as manage your existing campaigns. The number of campaigns that you have available depends on the level of membership you purchased from the start.

Each campaign allows you to have 5 SlideIns per campaign. That means, if you have one available campaign, then you can have 5 Slide Ins at any one time. The various levels of membership and the number of campaigns you get with each membership are shown below:

  • Basic Membership – 1 SlideIn Campaign with 5 SlideIn Instances per campaign (5 SlideIns)
  • Standard Membership – 3 SlideIn Campaigns with 5 SlideIn Instances per campaign (15 SlideIns)
  • Premium Membership – 5 SlideIn Campaigns with 5 SlideIn Instances per campaign (25 SlideIns)
  • Pro Membership – 10 SlideIn Campaign with 5 SlideIn Instances per campaign (50 SlideIns)

When creating a new campaign, you will be able to specify a campaign name, and your domain name or URL for the campaign.

So, just to recap, this section is basically just for you to create new campaigns, or manage existing campaigns. A useful function of this is that you will be able to choose to rotate the SlideIns within your campaigns.

Once you have created a new campaign, you can then move on to the next section and create a new SlideIn for your new campaign.

 

2. Create New SlideIn

This section is where you will be able to create your various SlideIns. If you are not sure how to proceed with this part, then there are videos that are available to guide you through the process.

Firstly, you will be able to select the campaign you are making the Slide In for, the name you wan to give to your SlideIn, and the type of Slide In that you are trying to create. The service allows you to create three types of SlideIns, namely Banner or Announcement SlideIns, Opt-In Form Slide Ins, and Twitter Script SlideIns.

The next part in creating the SlideIn is inputting the display settings. Depending on the type of SlideIn you are trying to make, you will get different settings. However, you will be able to edit the settings using a WYSIWYG editor, which makes things neat and simple.

For a Banner or Announcement SlideIn, you will be able to input your target URL, your announcement title, announcement message, and your logo. You will also be able to choose whether you want to fill the background with a color, or with your own personal image. If you choose to have a background image, you can choose to have the image repeat itself.

For an Opt-In Form SlideIn, you will be able to input your message, your autoresponder service, the opt-in form success text, a redirect URL if you choose to redirect your visitor, your logo, and the background for your SlideIn.

For a Twitter Script SlideIn, you will be able to input your Twitter message, Twitter username, choose whether you want to ask users to follow you or not, your default re-tweet message, a thank you message, a redirect URL if you want to redirect your visitors, twitter code generation for adding to your tweets, and your logo and desired background for your SlideIn.

That's about all for the display settings.

Apart from that, you will be able to enhance your SlideIns using further customizability features.

For each SlideIn, you are able to choose for it to autoclose after 5 seconds if you want. You can also choose to display a "Powered by SlideInCode" Logo on the SlideIns, from which visitors can click on them and get your affiliate commissions if they buy after clicking through your link. You can select the type of image you use for this logo, as well as for the button for closing the SlideIn.

Displaying a button for closing the SlideIn is optional, and you can choose to disable it if you want.

Concerning animation, you can choose whether you want a Slide In animation, a Fade In Animation, or No Animation at all.

*I'm making a SlideIn for this site as I type this, so you can see how it looks and acts at the bottom of this screen when I'm done with it. ;)

You can also choose whether you want the Slide In to come from up, down, left, or right. It is also within your ability to change the size of the SlideIn. The SlideIn speed is selectable as well, with the option of setting a slight delay if you wish.
